Impeller design<\/strong> is the most significant factor<\/strong> for determining the performance of a centrifugal pump. A properly designed impeller optimizes flow<\/strong> while minimizing turbulence<\/strong> and maximizing efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The impeller of a centrifugal pump can be of<\/strong> three basic types<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
